brlvnt SMS program

brlvnt is the public brand of Berelvant LLC ("brlvnt," "we," "us," "our"), with its office at 55 Post Rd, Westport, CT 06880, USA. Our SMS program sends appointment reminder and confirmation texts to keep you up to date with your scheduled appointments.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the number that messaged you. We will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS, and after that you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially and we will resume sending messages.

If you experience any issue with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@berelvant.com.

Carriers, rates, and frequency

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. You will receive appointment reminder and confirmation texts according to your scheduled appointments. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
